Where it all began.
Casa Conect was born from a simple observation: property transactions in Spain are unnecessarily complicated. Too many emails, too many documents scattered across platforms, and too much time wasted on administrative tasks.
We set out to change that. Based in Mallorca, we're building a platform that brings clarity to complexity—helping property professionals close deals faster while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

Lawyer specializing in Administrative Law, Intellectual Property, and New Technologies Law. Partner at Nexus Law Abogados and former representative of the Spanish Parliament, Pablo brings deep legal expertise and ensures Casa Conect meets the highest regulatory standards.
Linda Hellstrom
Co-founder & Legal
Linda is a Swedish legal counsel with experience building a secure, globally-deployed platform for document management, AI governance, and regulatory compliance in the banking and fund management sectors. Based in Mallorca, she brings firsthand insight into the challenges of property transactions in Spain.
